Post 5-Summary

I will admit, I'm a freak about eating organic. When I was in 4th grade, if I got a piece of fruit that did not have a 9 at the beginning of the code I would die! This is all the reason why I wanted to write a blog about this subject.

Challenges:

There were many things that were challenging for me to find for my blog. One of the things that was hard to find was  the info! Well, at the beginning I thought that nobody would ever be interested in putting information about organic eating on the internet but then I looked it up and there it was. About 3 pages of organic agriculture and organic farming. Awesome! Another thing that was pretty hard was setting up my post's. I knew that all the info can't be put into the one post, because if I did you would be... Zzzz...Zzzzz... Oh, sorry! So as I was saying, you would be really, really bored but I knew that if I had no info I would get a bad grade, so I needed to find the important information and transform it into something fabulous.

Easy:

One thing that was easy was designing the blog, the backround and such. It just came to me. Vegetables. Veggies is just "classic" thing I think of when I think organic. Another easy thing was the questions. A lot of the questions I think of have to do with the health of organic eating. What is healthier for your body? processed or organic food? Do more people eat organic or processed foods? Stuff like that.

The Interesting fact:

One of the most interesting things I found out is that organic food started after earth day. Why would that be? Because it is good for the earth too. That whole time you were probably thinking that earth day was reusing and bringing a waste free lunch, but eating organic is a benefit for the earth too! When you are processing foods ( using chemicals and machines) you're usually at a factory and if you have seen a factory you know it has poisonous smoke that kills the earth one step at a time. Horrible! This is exactly why organic eating was part of earth day.

Things I loved doing:
I loved doing the blog, period. It was so challenging but fun and gave your brain something to work on. I liked  writing the blog and "discovering" new info, like the earth day fact and figuring out how organic affects your health.

I know I love the blog and you probably do too! Fun and so out of the box for a teacher to think of ( nice Ms.Dunn!) I can not wait until we get to do something else like this and I can't wait to start a new not required post. This blog probably made the 5th grade year a larger heap of fun( not like it's not fun).
